I’ll be focusing on corporate events and motivational talks until the end of this year, but first there are two incredible public shows I’m looking forward to.
On 12 May I’ll be pulling out all the stops in PORT EDWARD at the Wild Coast Sun, the venue I kick-started my career in more than 30 years ago. Tickets are available at www.quicket.co.za .
Then there’s a real whopper of a show at GrandWest in CAPE TOWN on 14 May, it’ll be more of a production than my usual show. We’ve worked closely with Whacked Management to put together a show with a bit of dazzle and some specialized audio-visual effects. Be sure to get your tickets at www.computicket.com
I’m so glad I got to brush up on my golf savvy while working at the recent Raymond Ackerman Golf Day in Cape Town, as I’m off to play golf and perform in Mauritius next month. But before that, I’ve been booked for Avios Activations at Durban and Cape Town Airports next week, the re-launch of the East Rand Mall and a cruise liner during May. Oh, and there’s a trip to London in July to visit my boys with a show at the Clapham Grand on 8 July, get your tickets at www.gj-s.com
After MNet’s documentary My Story, I’ve been inundated for requests for motivational talks and I’m enjoying the challenge of doing something different. If you’d like to find out more about the motivational talks or any other corporate bookings, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I get a real thrill from the Nou Gaan Ons Braai and My Cousin ranges and am delighted that I managed to design and produce some new Tshirt designs for the Klein Karoo Kunste Fees next week, as well as for our online store www.mycousin.co.za and our market stall in Hermanus. We’re excited to be working closely with Brad from LoveAfrika and are confident we’ll have some more fantastic designs for you soon.
But not too soon. This year, I’ve promised myself more ME time and I’ve started windsurfing; I’m loving it.
